Edward M. (Ned) Lamont, Founder & Chairman of the Board
Ned is a twenty-year veteran of the cable television industry and founder of the Company and assists in the management of over one hundred and thirty cable systems nationwide. A graduate of Harvard College and Yale School of Management, Ned managed the start up of Cablevision of Connecticut's 50,000 subscriber addressable system in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Brian M. Benz, CEO, Board Member
Brian has over fifteen years of broad-based financial, operational and start-up experience and most recently helped to grow four successful emerging growth companies in the Internet communications, content and healthcare industries. He most recently was Chief Financial Officer for OnSite Access, a building-centric provider of data and voice communications services, and prior to that was Chief Financial Officer for Yoyodyne Entertainment, Advanced Health Corporation and Physicians' Online. He has helped to raise almost $270 million for these entrepreneurial ventures. He was also an investment banker for Merrill Lynch and has a CPA and MBA from Columbia University.

Steve M. Jenks, Partner, Capital Resource Partners
Steve manages investments for the firm in business and information services, technology, and software. Previously, he was with Norwest Venture Capital and Comdisco Venture Group. Throughout his career, he has served as a founder and Director of Marketing at Concord Financial Group, a venture-backed start-up company in the financial services industry, and has held a number of marketing and finance positions at The Boston Company and KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a graduate of the New York University Graduate School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College.
Jonathan R. Zimbalist, Partner, Eureka Growth Capital
Jonathan has been executing private equity transactions since 1996. Prior to joining Eureka, Jonathan was a vice president with Berwind’s leveraged acquisition group where he managed four platform acquisitions and nine add-on acquisitions. Jonathan also worked closely with leveraged acquisition portfolio companies in strategy development and operations management as well as directing Berwind’s relationships with senior and mezzanine financing sources. Previously, Jonathan was associated with A.G. Edwards & Sons in its mergers and acquisitions department and J.P. Morgan & Co. Jonathan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lamont Digital Systems and Laro Service Systems, and manages Eureka’s investment in Medical Technology Systems (AMEX: MPP). Jonathan received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and his B.A. in International Relations from the College of Arts and Sciences, both of the University of Pennsylvania.
Steve Simmons, Chairman and CEO, Patriot Media Communications CNJ, LLC
In 2003, Steve and Spectrum Equity Investors created Patriot Media Communications to acquire 80,000 subscribers in 31 communities in the area of Princeton, NJ from the RCN Corporation for $245 million. Steve formed his first cable company, Simmons Communications, in 1982. Under Simmons’ leadership, the company grew to serving approximately 350,000 subscribers in 20 states. The company won numerous awards, including four ACE Awards for programming with local community groups, and several marketing awards. Steve has also taken a leading role in the cable television industry and was previously elected to the National Cable Television Association’s Board of Directors. In 1989 he co-founded and chairs the Entrepreneurs Club, a group of 24 former and present Chairmen and CEOs of multiple system cable operators which continues to meet twice yearly. In 1999, Steve was elected to the Cable TV Pioneers. He has an AB degree from Cornell University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
