Edward M. (Ned) Lamont, Founder & Chairman of the Board

Ned is a twenty-year veteran of the cable television industry and founder of the company and assists in the management of over one hundred and thirty cable systems nationwide. A graduate of Harvard College and Yale School of Management, Ned managed the start up of Cablevision of Connecticut's 50,000 subscriber addressable system in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Brian has over fifteen years of broad-based financial, operational and start-up experience and most recently helped to grow four successful emerging growth companies in the Internet communications, content and healthcare industries. He most recently was Chief Financial Officer for OnSite Access, a building-centric provider of data and voice communications services, and prior to that was Chief Financial Officer for Yoyodyne Entertainment, Advanced Health Corporation and Physicians' Online. He has helped to raise almost $270 million for these entrepreneurial ventures. He was also an investment banker for Merrill Lynch and has a CPA and MBA from Columbia University.
Jerry Barnes, CTO & EVP Business Development

Jerry recently joined the CTV team as part of a merger with Falls Earth Station (FES), a leading provider of Cable TV and ResNet services to colleges and universities. Jerry was Founder and CEO of Fall Earth Station since 1983. Prior to FES, Jerry was a franchised Cable TV owner and operator and a U.S. Air Force pilot. His successes have involved the innovative application of technology to the higher education market; including being among the very first to implement C-Band satellite delivery, DBS platforms, all digital HITS programming, and MFH3 IPTV solutions for core college and university clients. Jerry earned his Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College.
