DIRECTV IP receivers previously activated can be transferred to another student provided the account that was disconnected has been paid in full with no delinquent monies owed and you purchase a new access card.  The cost of the new access card is $35 plus shipping and handling.  Cards must not be damaged, bent or altered in anyway.

This card will be mailed to your attention so a valid mailing address will be required.  Please return your old access card for a $10 credit toward your purchase.  The refund will be applied to your credit card.  You have 14 days to mail back the old access card to qualify for the $10 credit.   A prepaid/self addressed label will be provided.
